Download Nokia Data package manager
Download Nokia care suit Latest
Download UserGroupsConfiguration.cfg
Installation Procedure:
- Install Nokia Data Package Manager or Nokia Care suit
- After Installtion finished
- Copy UserGroupsConfiguration.cfg
- Paste HERE --> For Windows 7 --> C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Data Package Manager\bin
- C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Data Package Manager\bin
- C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Multi Software Updater 5
- C:\Program Files\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Product Support Tool For Store 5
How to Download Firmware or How to Flash All Windows phones
How to Download Firmware from Data Package Manager See below picture:
Downloaded Firmware path C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products
Procedure:
- Open Data Packagemananger
- Open cover of Nokia behind cover
- Take out battery
- There to be Product type or Product code
- First fill Product type after fill Product code
- Last Click on search Button
- You are done

How to Flash all Windows Mobile from Product Support Tools :
Procedure:
- Open Application Launcher
- Click on Product Support Tools for Store 5
See below picture:

- Choose File menu
- And click on Open Product menu
- Write Download Product type in Filter box
- Then Automatically your downloaded firmware show
- Select Shown Firmware and click on Open Button
Note : If not show Firmware after fill Product type in Filter Box so just copy Firmware with Product type folder and Paste HERE C:\ProgramData\Nokia\Packages\Products
