How to use this tools for format:- first download this tools from HERE
- extract winrar file
- Open tools and choose "Options" menu
- first click " USB Download/Readback "
- again select " option " menu
- click on " Backup and Restore (No Action)..." > and click "Backup->Download/Format -> Restore
- now click "Format" button and insert usb cable
- and choose as you like format option if have to user code problem so select "Reset to Factory Default" and then click on ok button
- you are done
